The UNI CEI 11352:2014 certification allows I.T.E. Srl to provide the final customer with a guarantee of the result of the work performed, also allowing him to obtain the energy efficiency certificates resulting from the energy improvement, i.e. the White Certificates recognised by Italian legislation with Ministerial Decree 20/07/2004.

White Certificates, also known as ‘Energy Efficiency Certificates’ (TEE), are negotiable securities certifying the achievement of energy savings in energy end-use through energy efficiency enhancement interventions and projects, both for new installations and for the upgrading of existing ones.

Both Obligated Entities, such as electricity and natural gas distributors, and Voluntary Entities, including ESCos accredited with the GSE, can access the White Certificates mechanism and submit energy efficiency projects.

The plant owner can obtain TEE if he/she has not already benefited from other national incentives and there are three evaluation methods to apply for White Certificates:

• standard interventions;
• analytical interventions;
• interventions at the end of the day.

For each of these methods, it is necessary for the customer to appoint a GSE-accredited entity in order to realise the TEE obtainable from the works realised.

I.T.E. Srl as ESCo has the technical/organisational structure to assess the possibility of obtaining TEEs and to perform all activities related to their acquisition.
